Atlas Line, our dedicated NVOCC brand established in 1998, is recognized as one of the most established and respected names in the forwarding network industry.
While many logistics networks do not offer an NVOCC or house bills of lading due to liability concerns or a lack of operational expertise, Atlas takes a different approach. We believe in providing practical tools that generate real value for our members, not just collecting membership fees.
The Atlas Line house bill of lading is a fully recognized negotiable document, accepted by international banks worldwide. It can be used for all types of shipments, including FCL, LCL, breakbulk, out-of-gauge (OOG), roll-on/roll-off (RoRo), and heavy lift cargo.
Key Advantages of the Atlas Line House Bill of Lading
FMC Registration Atlas Line has been registered as a foreign NVOCC with the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) for over 15 years. We maintain a $150,000 bond with the FMC and an additional $50,000 bond with U.S. Customs, ensuring full compliance with U.S. regulations.
Chinese Ministry of Transport License We are also officially registered with China’s Ministry of Transport (MoT), with a $120,000 bond in place to meet all regulatory obligations under Chinese law. This reflects our strong commitment to global compliance.
Eligibility for Service Contracts Thanks to our FMC and MoT registrations, Atlas Line is authorized to enter into carrier service contracts for shipments to and from the United States. This gives our members access to preferential terms under formal legal frameworks.
This professional and reliable resource is available to all Atlas members and reinforces our mission to deliver meaningful advantages as part of a premium and exclusive logistics network.
Built on integrity and professionalism, Atlas helps you succeed in a fast-changing industry. Whether you handle general forwarding, project cargo, or niche logistics, you’ll feel at home in our growing network.
